To develop a community identity; To promote its quality of life, namely the health, safety and welfare of our neighborhoods; and to participate in the political process as it pertains to our community in the city and county of El Paso, TX. by providing a conduit for clear communication between our community and our political leaders.

Every January it is time for election of officers for the Association. Now is the time to decide if you would like to run for any of the board positions.

There are 4 officer positions:

President
Vice-President
Secretary
Treasurer

LTNA Christmas Party

The Social committee will host a Christmas party, Saturday the 8th of December for all the Las Tierras residents.

The Principal of the Sgt Roberto Ituarte Elementary School, Mr. Amato has agreed to allow us the use of his cafeteria and patio from 1-4 p.m.

There are several positions open in the Association besides the coming election of officers that we are looking for volunteers to fill. The officers cannot do it all and need volunteers to step up and assist us in making your Association the best it can be.

The positions are:

- Website Maintenance and Association Graphics
- Newsletter Editor
- Neighborhood Watch Chairman

City of El Paso Neighborhood Traffic Management Program

Concerned with speeding vehicles and other neighborhood traffic issues? If so, please get involved with this program to help us devise answers!

What Is the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP)?

The goal of the NTMP is to create a comprehensive program designed to protect the environment and quality of life in El Paso neighborhoods through the management and control of traffic on neighborhood streets.
